- Rebekah Wolkstein (Payadora Tango Ensemble) – violin
- Patricia O’Callaghan – voice
- Michael Bridge (Bridge & Wolak) – accordion
- Kevin Fox – cello and voice
- Lori Gemmell (K-W Symphony) – harp

This show had fans of CBC Radio’s Tom Allen filling the house and hanging onto every word and note, not to mention the enthusiastic response of the first-rate musicians to playing in our exceptional acoustic space!
“Thanks for having us! You have a great space and audience, and I loved the acoustic in there for violin!” ~ Rebekah Wolkstein, violinist, and founder of Payadora Tango Ensemble
Tom Allen On the West Plains Sanctuary As A Performance Space and the Live!@WestPlains concert series: “This room is an amazing-sounding room! It’s really rare that we are able to just trust the room to take care of the sounds that we are making, and that is the case here. So please take care of this place in this community. It is something really rare and really valuable. Thanks to Lianne Tan, without whom none of this would have happened. This is the reality of art in Canada. Yes, there are grand institutions, but it really happens because of individuals who care. And Lianne is one of those people and she is a tremendous gift to this community.” ~ Tom Allen, CBC Radio Host

It’s been an honour to play here. …We always imagine that we’d play [this song] in somewhere beautiful like this… Sometimes nice places like this see our beards and don’t let us in!
